Green Smoothies

Ingredients :


2 cups dark leafy greens, packed (spinach, kale, swiss chard, beet greens)
1 cup frozen fruit (avocado, mango, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, peaches)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup ice cold water

Directions:

In a high speed blender, mix together banana, fruit, and water.  Add in your greens, and blend well until smooth.  You're done! Easy as that.  Serves one.
